Summary:

Dispatch assistant position to assist dispatch in truckload environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Making pickup & delivery appointments
• Tracing of loads to ensure on-time deliveries
• Update billing information
• Calling carriers for available equipment
• Data entry
• Heavy phones
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, 30 hours per week.
• Opportunities for advancement for strong performers
