Marketing Communications

Ultra Logistics is seeking a qualified and ambitious individual to become part of a growing team based out of our Northern NJ headquarters. We offer rewarding opportunities for self-motivated professionals who are looking for career growth providing a daily sense of accomplishment.

The Marketing Communications duties involve, but are not limited to:

• Creating and directing North American Marketing Plan for TMS Software and 3PL products and services.
• Managing all marketing communication functions and activities for 3PL service, transportation management software and executive consulting.
• Responsible for all advertising, collateral development (print & online), 3 corporate web sites (ultralogistics.com, ultrashiptms.com, transmgtsolutions.com), white papers, articles, news briefs, email marketing, and all public relations activity including trade shows.
• Working closely with President and Sales Team to identify strategies towards key areas of business growth.
• Develop and maintain Marketing internal collateral library, online web postings, and all other internal & external communication activities.
• Utilize and manage company direct mail program as a tool for direct mail initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to guide company CRM tool in line with Marketing objectives.

Experience with the following a must:

• Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+,Twitter)
• Email Marketing Campaigns
• Managing contacts lists
• Experience marketing to C-Level
• Digital Collateral sales sheets and PDF
• Experience selling and marketing software
