Executive Biographies

Nicholas Carretta, President

Nicholas Carretta

Mr. Carretta has been in transportation and supply chain management for 15 years and is currently serving as President of Ultra Logistics. He is also a current member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Prior to becoming President, Mr. Carretta served as Vice President of the company from 2007 - 2009 leading the Sales, Marketing and Information Technology teams.

His vocation started with Carretta Trucking, a long time leader in asset based transportation services and innovations. Nicholas was also the former President and Owner of Alliant Internet Solutions, a web based software consulting company. Alliant specialized in servicing mid-sized company's technology needs by providing web based applications.

Nicholas began his career with Ultra Logistics in 1996 directing the Information Technology team towards building the company's leading hosted TMS solution.

Nicholas graduated from Bryant University with a BA in Finance.

Michael Doumas, Executive Vice President

Michael Doumas

Mr. Doumas has been leading the charge as Executive Vice President at Ultra Logistics since April 2010. Michael has been with Ultra Logistics for over 10 years and has been instrumental in providing executive leadership, operations excellence and outstanding service to our Fortune 500 and 1000 clients.

Mike has consistently executed results through his time with the company with perseverance, good working relations with clients, and an excellent record towards achieving results under any time constraint.

Michael Sebastian, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Sebastian is a Vice President of Sales at Ultra Logistics. He has been with the company since its inception. Michael began his career in transportation in 1973 and now brings over 30 years of transportation expertise to the organization. His interest in transportation stretches far back to his family roots where his grandfather was a teamster driver and his father a Vice President of Operations. His past tenure also includes selling LTL and Truckload services throughout the USA and Canada at CP Transport/Kingsway Trucking and he was even a Terminal Manager at Maislin Transport.

Joe Librizzi, Vice President of Sales

Joe Librizzi

Mr. Librizzi is Vice President of Sales at Ultra Logistics. With 40 years experience in the LTL and TL business, Joseph has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in supply chain management.

He began his career in transportation in 1970 with Interstate Motor Freight System where he ultimately became Vice President of Sales for the eastern region.

Joseph's former experience also includes his tenure as President of a LTL and TL Carrier and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Jevic Transportation. Mr. Librizzi has demonstrated success in his former roles through sales management & systems improvement, including pricing & yield management. His leadership and guidance have resulted in additional business expansion for all companies he has served.

Joseph graduated from Rider University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Jerome Cantone, National Sales

Jerome Cantone

Mr. Cantone has been in the Transportation industry over 20 years. He started out driving for APA Transport in North Bergen, New Jersey. He then worked his way into Trade Show Technologies in West Caldwell, NJ. There he quickly moved from driver to warehouse manager and finally VP of Operations and Sales. Jerome has a proven track record increasing revenue while ensuring his customers get the service they require.

David Dziura, Business Development Manager

David Dzuira

David Dziura has been with Ultra Logistics since September 2010. As a Business Development Manager, David brings to Ultra Logistics extraordinary experience in logistics and supply chain management. He has more than 25 years experience providing transportation management to major corporations such as Nestle Foods, Cadbury Schweppes, Mott's Inc. and the Pepsi Bottling Group. During his past tenure, David has had considerable experience in third party logistics with both Ryder and Penske as well as several years experience managing railroad pricing for a major intermodal marketing company.

Darren Graham, Director of Information Technology

Darren Graham

Mr. Graham has been with Ultra Logistics for over 10 years, starting as a Senior Project Manager in the Information Technology department. He has held his current position since June of 2007. During his tenure with Ultra Logistics he has managed the company's premiere SaaS Supply Chain Management software product, UltraShipTMS™ since its inception.

Previous to his work at Ultra Logistics, Darren was a Project Manager with Alliant Internet Solutions specializing in helping mid-sized companies leverage web-based applications to streamline their operations and deliver cost savings.

Darren graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Computer Science.
